Church School - Church school is provided for all school age children following the Divine Liturgy on Sundays during the public school year.  Claudia Marlow is our church school coordinator. Inquirer/Seeker Class - If you are trying to understand more about Orthodox Christianity, whether you recently discovered the Church, or have been a part of it for a while, the Inquirer's Class is just for you.  The class meets for 5 to 6 week periods during the Spring and Fall on Wednesday evenings after Daily Vespers (at about 7:45).  See the Calendar page for the current meeting schedule. On most Wednesday evenings during the year, there will be a devotional reading and discussion following the Vespers, with time given to questions or more personal interaction with seekers. Go to the Contacts page and send an email on the available email form stating your desire to participate in this class and you will be notified when the next class is organized.

Adult Bible Study -

The Adults are currently meeting on the first Sunday evening of the month at 7:00 p.m. for a topical presentation by Fr. David and group discussion.  From Biblical to Current Issue topics, this is an opportunity for everyone to be "continuing catechumens."  The group meets at the Church and is open to adults young and old.

Women's Group -

The women of our parish gather regularly to strengthen their bonds of fellowship and love.  These meetings will be listed on the calendar, but the actual place and time of the fellowship will be annnounced in the bulletin and from the Ambo.  Usually, the women meet at an area restaurant for dinner.  They also will take on a service project from time to time to benefit the parish or community.  

After a period of inactivity, this group will be organized around a regular schedule (i.e., 2nd Thursday) and publicized in the bulletin and the web calendar.  Keep posted for the next dinner meeting.

Coffee House Fellowship - Fr. David sets aside Tuesday evenings to enjoy a cup of coffee and informal conversation with anyone who may be interested to discuss Orthodox Christianity.  Currently, the fellowship occurs at Starbucks in the Oxbridge Shopping Center on Hull Street Road (just east of the Courthouse Road intersection).  This has proven to be a wonderful opportunity for informal conversation about the Orthodox Church and our life in it.  Check it out on Tuesdays at 7:00 PM, unless the calendar shows otherwise.
